By accessing or using OneIron ("OneIron", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use OneIron.
You must be at least 13 years old to use OneIron. By using OneIron, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
To access certain features, you must create an account using a valid email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any activity under it.
You retain ownership of your submitted content (e.g. golf scores, profile info). You grant us a non-exclusive license to use this content for operating and improving the App. We may anonymize and aggregate data for analytics purposes.

We may rely on third-party providers to support features such as authentication, data storage, analytics, and search. These services may process limited user data as necessary to help us operate. Use of OneIron indicates your understanding and acceptance of these integrations.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, especially in cases of rule violations. You can delete your account and data at any time in OneIron or by contacting us at support@oneiron.ca.
OneIron is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee error-free performance, uptime, or data accuracy. Use is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of OneIron.
All rights, title, and interest in and to OneIron, including its software, design, branding, and content (except user-submitted content), are owned by the OneIron Team. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary materials without our prior written consent.
You are responsible for your own device, internet connection, and compliance with all applicable local laws when using OneIron.

We may update these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. If we make material changes, we may notify you via the app, website, or email, but are not required to do so. Continued use of OneIron after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of OneIron will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
